lotr return of the king install prob
 

hi guys
i have lord of the rings return of the king but it will not install.
i keep getting a message saying there is a problem with the ea installer and this program will close down.
EA sent a message saying close down all background tasks except tskmgr.exe and explorer.exe.
this didnt work and i havent heard from ea since i told them it didnt work.
has anyone had this problem with this game and if so can you tell me how to get around this problem.
it is the original game and i have also hired a copy to see if it just my copy and i had the same problem with the hired copy.

ea games installer sucks. Can't say I have a problem with it. But what you tech data. OS, drivers and computer?
