I have a Magic 3.2 but need a new one to cope with my HDD(getting this summer). Just wondering why PAL shows up black and white and flickers on my TV so far it only play NTSC. And is there is a PAL to NTSC good converter out there could i get a link please? And just wondering where you guys get your games from?

your best bet is to patch the games.. check out megagames.com!!

there is also a way to wire the pal issue somewhere in this forum.
seems pretty easy to do although i never have myself.

Ok say i download a patch of the site do i just apply it to the iso/bin or whatever? and it works? or is it like a program to just change that specific game?

Yep. Use ppf-o-matic to apply it.
