New fan
 

I have a v5 and as you all know the fan is quite noisy..
In the new v9-v10 the fan is really quiet.
Does anyone know if you can use a fan for v9-10 in a v5?

I would love to get the noiselevel down...

I don't see why not. I think the only difference is the bearings in the middle which make it quieter...

Can he power the fan using 3.3 volt?? (it's is a question, I'm not sure that it can be do)

Ok, not needed to be a fan for v9-10 but a fan that are quiet and can be fitted in a ver5...
No problems if I need to solder the power to other places...
the sound from the damn fan is way louder than my two computers on at the same time...

I'm sure you can hardwire it to the Power Supply :)
