bitrate decresing help

hey... i need help decreasing the bitrate of mp3's, so i can use them on my site and stream, at 64kb's instead of 192kbs or 128kbs

i know there must be a program for this, but i can't seem to find it..

MusicMatch will let you do this. There's a tab that says "Convert". Let's you convert to Wave or a different bitrate, Higher or Lower! Works great, even MP3 Pro!

Of course, consider yourself warned that converting, regardless whether its to a lower or a higher bitrate, will hurt the sound quality somewhat.
