lan gaming w/ps2 ?
 

i bought another ps2 yesterday because for $150 ya get the network adapter and atv offroad fury2 what i want to know if i were to make a backup of the game and play a lan game does it check for DNAS?
i'm guessing no but figured i should ask. sony does that on thier server correct?

No, It doesn't check for dnas, only when you connect to sony server dnas will be checked and here is some games that support lan gaming,

ATV Offroad fury 2
Midnight Club 2
Socom II
Time splitters 2
THUG
Twisted Metal Black

You can patch the DNAS though, to allow you to use your backups online... :)
