is there a program that can converts a 32x32 jpeg in to a icon?

Presumably snake means desktop icons - something like *.ico format.

I briefly looked myself a while back (very briefly) and didn't find much. There must be apps out there to do it, so let me know how you get on :)

I remember a (little) programm named IconEditor Pro.

It was for Windows 3.1, but was running fine with WinXP.
Don't know if its convert jpg to ico, but you will be able to paint your own icons or "steal" it from an exe.

awsome this is just what i wanted.
im makeing a program that plays full metal jacket sounds and wanted a .ico of the drill sargent to use in it
