Good question for igottashit666

When I try to burn 4x4 evo with the new cdi2nero it says "cannot write track at correct position with this recorder" and "speed measurement failed. I don't know what type of burner I got but if you could tell me how to find out that would be great. also your settings for DJ 2.0 didn't work either. thanx

I had the same problem with cdi2nero and igottshit666's DJ 2.0 settings didnt work for me either. I did however find that the information at this site http://www.dccopies.co.uk/

did help me. Go to this site and under the "how to stop buffer under runs" section is instructions on how to solve your problem. i hope this helps you as it did me.

Thanks alot I'll check on that

That buffer under run solution only supports games with 1 audio track in the first session. 4x4 Evo has 9! Is there any other solution to this?

DCGAMER 03-12-2000 09:46

Ok I just seen a program on the web called CDIfix. Now if I use this program on a game that has 9 audio tracks in the first session will it reduce them to one audio track in the first session so I can use the buffer underrun solution? Thanks alot.

i never used cdi2nero, so i could not help you with that. the settings that i have posted work for me, sorry they don't work for you.

in DJ, it should tell you what burner you have at the recording device.

you really don't know what kind of burner you have, LOL.

I'm haveing this problem too, and since the URL up top doesn't seem to work any more.

Does any one know how to get arround this problem?

Uktena, did you notice that you just posted a message in a thread that was 16 months old!!!???

Don't revive old threads by posting messages in them (older than a month is too old). Create a new thread instead.
