newbie q's BIN file
 

ok guys, i have got this file that needs to be unpacked,

unfortunetly it is a *BIN file. i have no idea what that means and i cannot unpack it. i have tried looking through the forum but to no avail

also, total commander the program did not deem it as unpack worthy so i dont know what to do.

I think i d/l it off some german site so is it likely the program will be in german when i am english
