C&C Generals Zero Hour ?
 

Could anyone telll me what I need to get Zero Hour working?

What Patch do I need?

And Where can I get a NoCd for Zero Hour?

And could anyone explain to me how to do it, I'm crap on computers so you might be better explaining on a Dummy bacis...:D

I have C&C Generals Installed, and I dont know how, but I cracked it and it works fine.

However then I installed Zero Hour and downloaded loads of cracks, NO CD etc... however with no sucess.

I got to the point where I installed the game Zero Hour and when I click to open the game a warning message appears saying ''please insert the currect CD and click OK'' and desplaying the Zero Hour Picture in the background.

even though I Installed the Full Game and got all the gracks, I got my cracks from

erm i cant help asking, do u have the original?

What version of the game are you running? There was an update some time ago, if you have updated, you need a crack for the new version.

It says: he don't know/remember how he applied the crack the first time and got it working. I can't see any probs with that.

However, the post is very confusing....

@ripo: what do you mean by *working*? Run without CD? Does it CTD? Or what is the problem?

ripo, make sure the version of the crack matches the version of game you are installing.

If you are installing off a new cd, the version number for zero hour is 1.0. Make sure the no cd crack you download and install is also for version 1.0, not for 1.02 or some of the other updates. If you apply an official patch to your game you must then match the crack to the updated version number.

Took me some reading here to get through all the language barriers (some peoples English is so much bad haha) to figure out how to properly get my games working without a cd.

krondike is very helpful but his English confuses me to no end.

Be nice to some of the oldtimers here and they will be very helpful to you.
