looking to buy a dvd burner i saw an optorite 4xwrite..ne1 got ne info on this burner good or bad? does clone dvd & xcopy work with burner.

optirite/lite-on and NEC dvd writers are POOOOO, buy a pioneer and you'll be fine.

opto rite are not really top of the range buddy.

Nec and lite-on drives are fine although there have been some issues with lite on drives but this has been fixed.

Never had a problem with my Lite-on dvd+- burner :)

yea i remember, it was evo that had issues

Evo has issues with everything.
