V4 mainboard
 

I have a Version 4 Playstation 2, SCPH # 35001. Can I replace the mainboard with one from a V4 SCPH# 30001?

yea as long as there both v4 should be ok.

Well not exactlly. If its a R board like 35001R it will have a Sanyo laser and wont work with your Sony laser. But other then that it should be just fine.

ive never seen a sanyo laser with a v4 board. ?
