Problem with PS2
 

Hello,

I ve got a PS2 v3 or v4 (i don't remember) with a messiah 1.
Since a few days i ve got a strange problem,
after a while (which may be only a few minutes) some part of
the image become blurred (like if there is noise) or strange display
appears as if it was interference.
It's not the laser, it read with no problem and even the main
menu (with the logo) suffer from this problem.
So if anybody has an idea i'd appreciate.

Mine did the same mate, it'll only be a few pages back. If the screen flickers, changes colours and is/or quite jumpy, it'll probably be your Video Controller chip on the mobo. Mine was also a V4 with Messiah. I had to replace the console, but I was lucky - got a never used V8 with Messiah 2 1.33b PRO :D

Desolder the messiah 3.3V wire and turn on the ps2, maybe the chip became faulty and cause flickering.
