Whats your opinion on MS and bioware
 

.MS to acquire bioware?

MS is trying to buy out bioware, and it looks like they will. I guess it won't change much things since they will still be developing for the PC and all, but they also developed the game consoles. Just wanted to know how everyone felt. Another sign of MS and their power?

Anyways, I thnk it kinda sucks. I liked the bioware games that were made on the xbox/ps2. Although, didn't like dungeon and dragons:heros or baldurs gate:dark alliance at first, I've grown quite addicted to em. I decided to get the ps3 over the xbox next because of the many features MS chose to leave out. It kinda sucks that I would never be playing another one of their future console rpg's.

i don't MS will ever buy EA, no matter what. Even if they tried, EA already thinks MS has too much power over that xbox live issue. They probably wouldn't sell for similar reasons.

no i didnt mean that i meant that as long as its not ea buying bioware as i hate ea for destroying many of my fav companys like bullfrog or westwoo studios

"xbox 2" is barely underway....trust me mircosoft will not let playstaion 3 over run them, and thats for damn sure..billy gates will never let us down!

I wish I could agree. Don't get me wrong, I like my xbox and even play it more than my PS2, but MS keeps doing some bad moves.

And MS will for sure not be in 1st place for the next console. Even if PS3 does suck, which is a far stretch, it will sell good just because it is a ps3. Sony has not bummed us in the past with the ps1/2. They have too much of a fanbase that deosn't like the MS Console games.

The xbox sells good now, but like 1/3 of the reason is probably not due to the games or company name. The only things that really sell the console is the online setup, and all the hacking done to the console.

true that ms have commited a load of errors and loads of people hate em but if it wasnt for them today, maybe i wouldnt be talking to you on this forums :)

We'd all be using linux (or macs :eek: ) to use the net, and paying for netscape;)

last time i used netscape (bk in 1998) i smashed a keyboard so no thanks lol

FANBOYS FANBOYS, I love xbox, aswell as PS2, and Snes....But Mircosoft isnt gonna release a P.O.S console i just dont think they will.
