Why would anyone wanna have Windows ME on their system? Anyhow, I have heard of this being done a very long time ago with XP and 2000 or some other combination, I really dont remember. Sorry I cant help much.

partition magic has a built in wizard. just start that one and it'll do everything for you.

Why would anyone wanna put ME on there if you can have Xp running on your comp?

ME is definitely the worse MS OS there is. The problem is mainly because MS tried to combine some Windows 9x with NT, and this just causes the OS to crash more often (moreso then regular 9x)

ME was just a despicable excuse for an OS because it came out to make M$ more money on the new year - it was marketing. It did NOTHING different, it was just the WORST 95-based Operating System to ever come from M$, and thankfully the last. Trust me, it just ran WORSE and had MORE bugs.

It's definitely not better than XP. Even 98SE is better than ME in terms of stability & speed.

The only problem for XP is you got to have at least 512 ram. So you wouldn't have to wait the whole time to start up, when surfing the net on a Windows OS takes up half your systems' resources.
