Please Insert CD - Flashing Mode?
 

Okay I just installed the Xecuter 2.3B.I followed all the instructions and believe it is in correctly. When I fire up the unit It reads Please Incert CD - Flashing Mode? What does that mean? Second ,If I insert a disc I get: bios update found...Halting!

I would appreciate any help.Thanks in advance.

You need to instert a disk with a bios image on it, anmed "bios.bin".
