all burned games flickering
 

I burn my games with alcohol 120 but all my games are flickering . The controls are working but thats about it. I just got the chip installed and tested professionally. Any help would be great. I am completely new at this

Try different media.

if different media does not fix the problem take it back!

I would suggest that it was poorly wired!

either they routed the wires badly (over noisy chips and or not kept close to the main board), used excesively long wires, or did not use thick ground and power wires.
