PSX Destroyed?
 

Hi Im Chris from Germany
and i have some problem

a friend damaged my psx
a TV felt on it some months ago and some parts of the structure (hops tthat rigtht and how speaks german: ich meine des Plastiks) are damaged but nothing @ the electronic
now i want to play some game and the psx tolds me that i have to insert some "format disc"
waht happens? how can help me

ps: my Vocubulary in English is bad ^^

Sorry Jack its kind of hard to help with this little information.If i understand you correctly a TV fell on the PSX breaking the plastic case (ich meine des Plastiks) but not breaking the "electronic" parts inside.If thats the case no wonder it wont load games, could be alot of things.

thats bad but is only the casing cracked what about the lense

The laser could have been shocked out of alignment or severly damaged.

Yep, it could have a cracked MB, damaged laser, componets ect. Without seeing it on hand its hard to say.
