I was reading the forums looking for post about messiah problems with newer games.. i ahve the onimusha blade warrios and it doesnt boot after the memory card screen..
and Evo answered me that it´s because of a TOC thing in some games... the newer ones..
i wanted to know if this is the only case?
or all the new games i ma going to have this problem
causemy ps2 is brad new i have it working perfectly and
it´s like sad... to think that the what was used to call the
perfect mod Messiah pro... isnt that perefect anymore..

what should i do?

it´s worthy removing the messiah and installing other mod on it?
or should i leave it like that...

time to upgrade to a dms3

do u do the install ur self if so u can get any one of these chips and it will play it Duo, Smart chip, magic V, dms3 and if u install it it wouldnt cost u much at all

well when i got the messiah i got it for $ 80 bucks the mod and install service.. on a shop..
he is just selling messiah right now
buyt i can order online the mod and pay him like 20 or 30 bucks for the install.. and that´s it..

i saw the DUO on console corner for just 18 bucks:D

Not sure why you are having problems with this game....

Works on my V7 w/Messiah 2 Pro with no problem....

Backed up like every other game... RecordNow Max on Ritek G03 disc....

Loads past the memory card screen and plays with no problem....

the system i have modded with messiah is a ver7 too
and i burnered with record max now and used ritek media burned at 1x...
maybe your using a different procedure to boot?

There is no boot procedure.....

Turn on the machine, press eject to open the tray, put in the disc, close the tray and it boots and plays....

The only thing I did different was I burned @ 2X instead of 1X...

Maybe its not an official Messiah Pro.

am 100% sure is the official no clone crap!:)

If this is true then you should have no problems with the 2x TOC, evo may have mislead you to think this is the problem when it’s something else, what it could be I don’t know though.

what other games.. have this famous 2x toc?
because this is the only game giving me a hardtime..:confused:
