V9 DMS3 prob.
 

Well i got my ps2 today but I have major problem. Some backups won't load and other take forever. Once you get into the game though everything is fine no insane load times, no skipping, no nothing. I don't think it's the media, after all it is Ritek G04 only diffrence is that it's the printable ones. I burned the firmware update, but couldn't get it to load. What could it be.

I had a similar problem before. Had to push reset 10 times for the game would start.


I moved my chip to a different location and everything worked fine after i did that.

Any Sound Probs?

No, no sound problems. Also I forgot to mention that the playstation 2 logo comes up and after it goes away that is when it hangs up. Also ps1 games load without a problem.

Ok, Fixed I just got to remember burn 2x. Anyways there is just one more question I want to ask. You know the panel on the back that covers where the hard drive goes. Can I buy that from someone mine didn't come with it. The guy I bought from, socalmods, just buys the online packs and if you don't by the online packs he just takes out the broadband adapter and ships it.
