dvd+r and DVD+RW?
 

for some reason when i burn +or- dvdrs they never seem as dependable as dvd+or - rw is rw's ok to use instead of dvdrs?
most of my ps2 games i own are dvd and i'd rather make them as dvd backups instead of cdr backups.

What brand of media are you using? DVDRW are not as reflective as regular R is.

using memorex DVD+RW
and before memorex dvd-/+r blue backs
also used tdk r+ dark blue back

Ive found Memorex not to be one of my favorite brands of media. I would recommend you try Ritek or any other GO3 or GO4 dyed media. Ritek is the reigning king so far with a very high percentage of success with most (if not all) of the members of this board. DVD-R is what I use personally.
