just went on ownz to see what all this dnas thinggys are and the amount of people with flip lids is imadginable there millions of em saying about it in their sig. Is it a swap magic forum?

Z, the owner of PS2ownz, invented the flip lid. He is very Biased and IMO a jerk. He bans anyone who says anything bad about his lid which is junk.If using this crap is the only way to play backups online then i guess i will just have play the ORIGINAL on a un-modded console.

Yup that sounds about right if you download any of the patchers etc there's always a link towards where you can buy swap disk flip top... And like you said Seaneyb most of them believe in what they say and go buy that stuff.

He isn't very happy that people with their modchip can go online, he expected that only swap magic owners can go online, lol.

I don't really know about that they're expecting another patcher which can go online with a modchip too. This one came from another developer. There are others on it too that have probs going online with dms3 modchips.

well the first day that they released the patcher, CJPC start a thread that advertise for playing socom2 online, you should buy swapmagic :)

LMAO. Yeah he did but also told there were DMS3 modcip users that could go online ;) Anyway lets just say they want all of us to buy swap disk, flip top and NO modchips.

Well here at FileForums I know a lot of us more seasoned members also dislike Z. I have my own personal reasons, as do most of you I imagine.

yeah i belive that one guy was right about the mods and dnas271 and dnsa280 no playing online with mods on i will not relly know till i get a game that has a dnas280 then if i cant play it with my mod on i will have to use swap style but if it allows me to play online i will be buying it for sure but it would be nice to just use my alrdy installed mod to play and if i did buy swap magic and stuff im not buiyng from them cause im sure they jacked up prices on there stuff and i got a good supplier in IL only a few hours from me thats fast on shiping and dam good prices last i checked.

but sean u never knew that was a swap fourm heh alot of the people there has mods but theres also alot of swapers there as well thnx to netmech and krawl thats how they got all there mods there they was like the only 2 installers there lol

Yeah maybe thats why Z wanted me out of ownz because i must have modded over 100 ownz members systems. 45 peeps actually left trader rating feedback for me.

100 thats alot how many did u mod asides ownz people and it was a good place to offer mods cause theres not many there doing installs unlike newz they got so many installers there but i guess when u got to pay thats why no one offers there or was the paying for the sitcky only

but i belive it was the not paying him his price is probly why he wanted u gone which $350 is hella lot to pay and if u went a month w/o no peps wanting chips u would still have to dish out $350 if i was a installer i would had took my severice else were as well and just pm peps that was needing a install :D
