Yo can anyone please tell me how to burn back ups for my ps2 games that are almost dead because of all the scratches. Because of my low level of intellegence on computers i do not even understand some of the tutorials on gamecopyworld so i would really like if someone helped me out......

Did you read ULTIMATE INFO STICKY
It has a lot of info especially for newbies;)

Yo ... okay Download DVD Decrypter.

On the top, select mode ISO - Read

Put in your PS2 game. Wait for it to make an ISO.

When its finished pull out the PS2 Game.

Put in a blank DVD-R into your DVD burner.

On the top, select mode ISO - Write.

Find the source of the ISO, where you saved it. By clicking the little folder looking thing.

Burn the game, you're done, ... BUT

You need a mod-chip to play your burned game now :)

So far...I've had no problems using DVD Decrypter for back-ups. Are other people having problems? I know RNM is the most recommended by far, but I've made 10 or so back ups with no problems. I'm not saying anyone is wrong here or trying to piss anyone off, but does it make a difference?

If u like wasting money than get the SWAP JUNK . I wasted my money on geting one and endup geting a magic v. The best thing i done.

puppeteer666 28-03-2004 19:16

yea i agree i did my own mod-chip install was very easy and requires no swap.
i looked into the swap method and did not like the limitations on not booting over 650MB cdrs.
