PSX on my PC?
 

I'd like to backup my PSX games to play on my PC. I'm not too sure how to do this can anyone help?
Do I convert them to iso images/Roms (do I need a specific emulator)?
Also do I need to apply any form of patch?

You need ePSXe, its an emulator.

use ePSXe to play the games right off of the cd or you could use cdrwin to save the games as images on your pc
