Gonna need some more information please. What burner are you using? Does it support multisession? What settings did you use while burning it? Have you ever successfully make a bootable game with that burner? Any errors in the burn log?

I am using a sony birber (forgot the model). It does suppoert multisessions. I use default settings. I didn't burn with sucess nothing yet (self or non self boot).
The log doesn't show any problems. For all i know the cd burned fine...but the dreamcast sees it as audio cd...
What is the settings for discjuggler?

I've had the same problem many times. Normally it will come from when I tried to copy a selfboot game with software such as CloneCD which just doesn't work for me or anything that I try to burn on Creative 4224 with DJ. I'll bet that you can burn non-selfboot games fine if you try. We all know that DJ works and that's the only program that you can use to burn CDI files. Some people have posted suggestions for burn option that they say have fixed their problems tho most of them were dealing with buffer underruns or other errors. Those are:
ignore read errors
raw read/write
turn on burnproofing

among others. Everybody has their own recipe. But all of these don't seem to relate to you as you're aparently not getting any errors. Maybe you could try a different self boot game and maybe a non self boot game to see any of them will work.
