Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

Does it do this with a certain video or just anything?

Make sure you have the latest versions of each programs. I really dont have any problems with either of CloneDVD or AnyDVD. I have used it on 2 completely different pc's too.

ive tryed 4 dvd copy proggys up to yet dvd cloner, dvd shrink, clone dvd, and 1 other which i forgot the name off all get to around half way off the trancoding stage then either reeboot my system or lock it out?

i must be doing some thing wrong?

Im wondering if you have something wrong with your pc. You shouldnt be having these problems. Maybe you need more ram. The fact that every program is doing this for you tells you that its a problem with your pc and not the programs themselves.

i might have found the problem! i have just changed usb port to another and its let me copy a dvd that locked out everytime.....will try another tomorrow after work

I thought that was your problem and I started to post it before but I deleted right after becuse im not fammillure with those tools and I was not shure what you where trying to do

btw you could use it in the same usb port as the first time if you I dont know ecsackley how to say this uninstall the thingy for it evan if its a plug and play one when you plug it in the first time a thingy installs just uninstall that and plug it back in and it will reinstall its self right
(now you may see one of the reasons I deleted it the first time)
