Any of you that have Dish Network know what Im talkin about. Seems that Viacom the people behind Comedy Channel, MTV, Nickelodeon, VH1 and a few other channels wants a 40% increase in their charges due to the expiring of a contract between them and Dish Network.

So as of today we the customers of Dish Network can no longer get any of the Viacom channels.

This is only a problem with Dish Network. Ive been using it for over 8 years now and this is the first time there was ever a real problem.

Now it seems I may at least look into the Direct TV side of it.

im sure they wont be off the dish net for long maybe a few moths at most they will work out a deal probubley. Tho it might mean a small rate increase for you next year

I dont wanna wait a couple months and I sure as hell dont wanna pay extra charges. Im gonna look into Direct TV tonight.

Nothing wrong with Direct TV, I was on it for about 4 years.
