I recently purchased GamesXcopy. I don't think it works as advertised. I can't get it to make a working backup of my Vice City Play Disc for the PC. I don't think it is possible for any software to make backups of all pc games that will work on any pc without that pc needing additonal software or patches, even when using the best burners. Has anyone had any success with backing up a game like Vice City that actually works like the original?

Does it work on anyone's PC without the need to install additional software or patches on that pc? With the coming of the pc game consoles, I would prefer to play with my backups and preserve my originals. I do not believe these new upcoming pc game consoles will be patchable.

I think it will work on each pc with Alcohol120% installed.
