GBA for Dreamcast
 

I looking for over all www and cant find gba emuls for DC but GB and GBC. What are you think - can i do GBA games play on DC by running on DC GBA emulator for Win9x on win9x emul for DC? or its just waste my time and cd? If its possible how i can make it?

There is a very long answer to your question, but seeing that you are a newbie, I'll keep it short.

There is no GBA emulator for DC. You can't take a Windows GBA emulator and just run it on the Dreamcast, it does not work that way.

Its strange that DC has no emul for GBA neither NIntendo 64 'couse DC is much superior platform :(

aint as simple as that, the games have to load into the ram in order to have instant access to load and i bleieve the dc only has 16 megs of ram to load, the ram, and rom and what else it needs to run smoothly, the dc can barely run a snes emu at full speed but then again that is due to using free legal tools to program for it
