PS2 Patches

I keep hearing about patches for PS2 copies. Can someone tell me wher I cabn find these patches and how do I patch the DVD copies. I am using the Swap Magic with the fliptop

You're at the wrong forum, You need to go to www.ps2ownz.com and ask the geeks there about the flip lids and swap magic crap. Not trying to be mean but most of us here dont use that crap, Also do a search, this question was just asked a few days ago.
