Xecuter 2.3b installed....
 

I have done it guys, I have installed the Xecuter 2.3b Lite.

Everything looks hunky dory. Now for the hard part, flashing the Bios.

I have a screen asking for the flashind disk, tray opens, ready to rock....... or not 'cause I don't clearly know what to do from here.

And before anyone says burn an iso disk with the bios.bin (4781.67.bin) on it onto a CDRW and plug it in, it's not that simple and even I know that.

What do I use to make the 4781.67.bin file 1024KB, I have a program call X2BM, will that do?

If so whats all this makin dummy files business, someone help me out please.

Gettin serious help here is like watching pait dry!

Never mind now, I have it sorted with the X2 4881.67 Bios flashed, just working on how to ftp and change dash now.

use xbtool to make the bios 1024kb plus u can do stuff like colour the bios so u know when it's booting with the chip on and more :)

as for the dummy files find a 50mb+ file on your pc and copy it to the folder with the resized bios file and rename them 000dummy.000 and 0000dummy.000 that way it will push the bios file further from the middle of the disk making it easier for the xbox to read
