Clone dvd help
 

Trying to burn Santa Clause 2 and getting error message as follows.
ERROR:/VIDIO-TS
E:/VIDIO-TS
E:/VIDIO-TS.IFO:1:
Unable to open file
Hope someone can help please.

Are you reading directly from your disc or from your hdd? If from the disc, are you using Anydvd?

Reading from disc,or from the file ripped to the hd. Ripped it to the hard drive with dvd decripter.

Im thinking if it happens either way from hdd or disc then youve probably got a bad disc. Try polishing it and reextracting.
