it usually means your port is being use. If you using Phoenix go options and change the ports, make sure u do it in the PSO options too.

I got the same problem. What port numbers do you suggest if one doesn't work.

errr.. port 1234? any port number from 1-9999 should work fine. Just start picking out a random number until you find one that best fit your comp.

In my case I had other pcs hooked up to my hub. I disabled internet sharing and all was fine
