BIG PAPA please help me!!!! Errormessage in DJ
 

With 3 DC-games (Bust a move 4, nego-something and climax-something) i get a error and i wonder what it means. A Friend of mine can burn them in 1X speed, but i cant.
I have a Yamaha 4416s

The error is:
17876 (CDB: 5b010200000000000000, Status: 040002, Sense: 056400) Illegal mode for this track or invalid packetsize

Please help me

try these settings

check these boxes

ignore read errors
raw read/write
edc/ecc

i turned off burnproof
max image size to 80 min.

set the disc juggler burn speed slide bar, so that it copies to am image first and then burns.

this is what i used to get me past the illegal field / parameter.

if you get no seek errors on any game, just let it go. tony hawk 2 does this for the first 5 min. of reading and then is fine. frogger 2 does this also.

Thats the same message I get, however it doesn't just stop for a while then carry on, it ejects the CD and then asks for another to continue with the second session.

CloneCD is no good caus it doesn't support multisession in SAO mode or SAO + SUB mode.

PSXcopy is not any good for the 8424e Yamaha caus its not listed in the available drives - I even tried amending the Registry.reg adding my drives parameters but it still didn't show in the available writers window.

looks like I'm clean out of luck with Sega GT unless I can find another 'good' piece of backup software?

DJ works for me with sega gt, i think, but my last copy that i made a copy of was bad, so the copy did not work. i just got another copy the other day and have yet to try it.

the weird thing i remember was that there were 2 gaps when i made a copy, with a small written piece of info written in between the 2 gaps.

i never really tried clone cd much with self booters since it will not do multisession.

DJ for self booters
clone cd for non booters and psx

i never tried psxcopy, as i have not needed anything but these 2 programs so far.

Thanx a lot for your help, it didn´t fixed my problems, but Im glad for all help in this board, maybe there is somone else with simular problems that it will help out.
