true iso's
 

everytime i rip the files from my xbox my pc likes to aarrange my files from a-z which throws them out of the order in which they are on the disk. so when i create the iso the files aren't in the right order and my load time kinda suck. any suggestions on how to remove auto arrange on a folder and all the sub folders in one step or any other idea on how to get arround this?:confused:

y dont u arrange the destination folder in ur pc in terms of date.
so when u upload the files and folders from ur xbox they will appear in the same order on ur pc as u uploaded them
