duo or apple pro

not to swell any heads but..the bighap has an apple in his v.7, dont know what tylers got but you suggested a duo, and i = guessing that as much as you all read on here ya know you sh., (and yes..if i knew what church god went to id go to that church too) so its gonna be an apple or duo but which? are both compatible w/ codebreaker/gameshark? w/ a backup in the ps2--power on theyll both boot right up? and whats the approx return time if i send it to norcalmods?much love for the help!

Either chips ok. I personally have a Messiah 2 in my v7 but Ive installed a Duo for a friend of mine.

The only diff between the two (Duo and Apple) is that a Duo only needs 16 wires to solder while the Apple needs 21. And I think the Duo's like $2 more.

Tyler!

The Duo requires 17 wires;)

But yeah, both are basically the same. If you are going to do the install yourself get the Duo, if not, get the cheaper Apple Pro.

Oh yeah, I can tell ya that the Apple Pro works fine with my GS V3.
