XBox Skin Pattern
 

Anyone know where I can find an XBox skin PATTERN so I can make my own XBox skin (you know, those vinyl "stickers" in the shape of an "X" on top of the console.)

Yeah - But there are NO DEALS on eBay. I work in a custom sign shop which has a plotter (cuts vinyl in every imaginable color and style). I haven't seen the color / style on eBay which I like. I don't want to spend $20 on a pattern when I'm only going to use it once, then throw it out.

Id figure if you worked at a "custom" sign shop you would know ways of making your own without the need of a pattern.

I don't feel like taking the time to make a pattern. But if I get more helpful advice from jackasses like you, I guess I'll have to do it my-damn-self.

I ask a simple question, and you ban me for retaliating after reading wise cracks against me! Jeesh!

The reason I asked the question is that my boss wants it for his KID, and he expects me to take my own time out of work to do it. I don't have time to do it at the shop, so now I'm forced to figure it out at home.

I would rather a NON-ANSWER than this mess - You can take it from here.

I really didnt think I made a negative comment towards you. Honestly you claim to work at a custom sign shop, I would think you would know how to make a custom sticker. I also know people in the the same business as you and they can make a custom sticker in about 1-2 hours.

You calling me a jackass was rude and ultimately unnecessary. If you would have been able to keep your cool you would still be your old self.

I'm just sick of never getting a straight answer and / or sarcasm all the time ... I was taught that if I don't have anything nice to say DON'T say it (and that includes sarcasm). I just had enough - There are WAY too many punks and wise-guys on these forums.

I've been a member for a few years, and only posted 42 times because I refrained from becoming another punk or a jerk (adding to the insanity). I guess I just snapped, for that I appologize. :o

May I make a suggestion - Step back and read your post before you send it - You might be offending someone without even realizing. ;)

I have read it, several times even. I dont see anything wrong with what I posted. I just figured that it would be easier to just get a piece of paper and wrap it to your needs. But I didnt think I had to teach you how to do your job. So I didnt.


None the less, I didnt lash out at you at all like you did to me. As Ive known in all forums, dont lash out against a Moderator. You can however chanllenge them in a debate. Just dont loose your cool.
