(newb) DVD image fail
 

I have been trying to make a copy of some dvds with xcopy platnum and when i try to copy disk to disk the progression bar finishes but then it gives me an error that the image has failed.

I have tried with 4 different dvd's and xcopy xpress and clonedvd but i get the same error every time.

Can someone please help me

Did you have any bad block when you extracted the dvd to your hdd?

What is the exact error you get with DXC? Do you just get it while ripping?

The error is an image creation failed or something like that. I didnt see any other explination and i watched the whole time and never saw anything out of the ordinary. The progress bar finishes before i get the error. I get the error if just try to make an image and when i try to copy a dvd.

Could it be my dvd writer/reader?

If you are using a dvd-rom to rip try using your burner instead and see if that works.
