ftp connection
 

hi all, i have read almost every post here but i am still having problems connecting box to pc. i have flash xp, slayers evox auto installer and a crossover cable, when i try to connect its usually says "connection timed out" or failed to connect. i have read the evox for dummies but i must be more dummier than dummies, so can any one help. by the way i havent installed anything from the evox boot disk yet. just looked at hte dashboard and the items in the menue, i did note that static ip is set to "no"....any help please

well theres one problem solved
yea u needa static ip for the xbox
then connect to the xbox on that ip, with ur comp set to a different static ip
