Dreamcast .ppf patches
 

I'm trying to use a .ppf patch for Jet Grind Radio. I used CDIRip to get the .iso, .cue, and .raw file from the .cdi, now how do I apply the .ppf patch to it? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated
