PS2 v14 and DVD+
 

ok i have a version 1-4 ps2 (pretty sure v1) and I have a DVD+ burner. Does anyone know what software, DVD+Rs, and modchip i should get to play burned games?

Sorry to say this but you can't use DVD+R on a v1-v4 PS2.

Generally you can't but there is a chance you might be able to. What are you looking to get out of a mod? Which features? Use RecordNow Max for dvd games and CloneCD or Alcohol 120% for cds.

well id like to be able to play ps2 burned games (if possible), ps2 and playstation imports, and playstation burned games

Hey, 4 SEPARATE v4's I've done in the past few months say that you CAN use +R's in a v4. I dunno about a v3 or lower though.

Well, if a v4 can read +r discs then it's great..... but you said your was a v1 then I don't thinkk it will readf it.

Oh sorry my bad. Does anyone know why v1 wont work with burned games?
