dvd + ps2 backup

im looking to purchase a dvdr writer im looking 2 buy the pioneer dvr-106 dvd +/-rw.can anyone please tell me if this is any good??
im looking 2 back up ps2 + dvd films,also what is the best software for this?from what i can work out is it primodvd?

is the pioneer a06 the same as the 106??
on the shop site ive looked at to buy the drive it is listed as PIONEER DVR-106 DVD +/- RW yet on the pioneer website there is no such drive?

the pioneer 106 is just a bare drive you don't get any cables or software

wait a few weeks and get the 107 be worth while 8x burning a whole 4.7 gig in 7 min Wohooooo!
