How do i use TRAINER???

HI I have problem with TRAINER. How can i use it? game is
C&C generals. PLEASE HELP!

Check these:
1. Game version (including language version)
2. Trainer version (including language version)
3. Check trainer's nfo for more information

Usually trainer will work as told in nfo file.
Such as pressing some predefined keyboard keys...
