Your pc needs to have video in capabilities. You need a video card
IE: ATI TV woender / ATI All in one. (Suggested software Cyberlink Power vcr II Deluxe.) Then you can plug the video output on the PS2 to the card input and record the PS2 output.

Also if you don't want buy a new video card, one of these video capture cards works fine for you
