1.01 KOTOR crack - the game quits to desktop...
 

For some strange reason. After the patch - it happens, before the patch - it does not, and WITHOUT the no-cd CRACK - it does not. I heard there are TWO 1.01 cracked .exe out there! Anyone got link to a NON-Razor or NON_deviance cracks?

Its not razor, its fairlight's....fairlights crack got nuked....deviance came to the rescue with a working crack....deviances does work....

Deviance's Crack is fine here. It runs with german version too :).
Fairlights Crack returns to desktop only.

Could someone upload that crack for me, please?

hey, im kind of a newbie at all this no-cd crack stuff, i just bought SW:KotoR and it wont run unless i get ahold of a no-cd program. I know this site gives links to what i need, but im lost from that point on. The link i click leads to a page with a bunch of encryptions, so i just right click the link 'save as' and save to my desktop. I cant open it because its a .rar and i am unfamiliar of what i need to do n0w. I tried pasting it into the KotoR folder, and trying the program, but i got the same result: microsoft error after clicking the game button.... very frustrating, if someone could email me instruction as well as a link to the new 1.01 no cd crack, i would be very grateful,

hey idownloaded deviance's crack to my desktop, downloaded win-rar to extract it. So when i opened the folder i clicked the swkotor.exe and it gave me the same bs as when i played the game. My problem is i cant start my game up, even though i bought it!!!!! people say that getting this no-cd crack will solve my problem... so maybe i am doing something wrong? Do i have to place the .exe file somewhere? anyone?

Try this mate-

1) Uninstall the game.
2) Reinstall-full install.
3) Patch with the 1.01 patch.
4) Extract the contents of the Deviance crack file to the program files/lucasarts/SWKotOR folder.
5) If you have a desktop shortcut,double click on this.Make sure the game cd is not in the drive.

Game should now start fine.

wow i tried uninstalling it, repatching, then i copied all of deviance's files and put it in my SWKotOR and started the game up. Same result! my situation: I bought the game, when i click 'game' to get the main menu, i get a spinning disk, and then black screen, and then microsoft error report.... it is very discouraging to pay 50 hard earned dollars into a game you cant play, i hear that this might be a common problem for other players, and that the problem is to protect the game from piracy.... great protect it from the people who actually bought this game... any help>?

You can always try the latest version of Alcohol120% to run it from a hard disk image, though most copy protections these days also try to prevent that. If none of the cracks work for you, my advise is bringing the game back to the store and asking a refund/another game. By the time it's in the budget section, it will be cheaper, the copy protection may be left out (happens to a lot of budget rereleases), or a working crack may have been made. I know you want to play the game now, but we can't always win the fight against the evil publishers with their dumb ass copy protections, so some games will in effect be unplayable for some buyers like you. Returning the game or at least making as much of a stink as possible about it may be your only options.
