My raven shield MiR disc image no longer works after the update. Is there an updated version of MiR that i can try and if so where can i find it?

I just tried out a full sized unaltered disc image and that still didn't work. Did the patch somehow block the use of disc images?

the patch can blacklist your mounting tool yes. So play with your original CD in your driver!

Yup, my Alcohol 120% image of Raven Shield no longer works after 1.5 update.

This CD protection is just plain stupid because the primary reason anyone plays the game now is for MP which is already protected via server key authentication.

hmm, my mini-image still works perfectly!

someone on the alcohol-forums said that you'll have to read with subchannel data.

I always include subchannel data, so maybe that's why it still works for me.

btw safedisc version is updated to 3.10.020!

How can they upgrade to a diffrent version? the CD have 2.9 dose it support 3.10?

I know you can update at the same version number, but never knew you can upgrade to a new version number, from 2 to 3....:o

Its true, if you creat a disk image with the "scan subchannel data" clicked the image will work. But, when i tried to creat a mini image version using MiR it didn't work. Eagle, do you have a newer version of MiR or what do you use?
