Y point on the MagicV 50K??
 

Looking at the 50K instructions on China Magic's site - the Y point is the same as some peoples install pic's...

but their own install pic uses the same point I do for the BlueX-5 / smartchip... the pad a fraction lower - closer to the cap...

do both work?

which is the correct point?

Talking 16 legs in from the left and 17 pins in from the left on the base of the main IC near the 3.3v point... 16 is what their diagrams say, 17 is what they install like, 17 is what BlueX-5 etc uses...

If both work... then any idea what the Y point is for - and why it works in both places?? I don't have a cro to monitor the signals so..?

sticker with white 50K and black circle or silver circle and black 50k??
