Sound, direct x 9, and XIII
I don't know if anyone else has had this problem.
I installed XIII with my backups, applied the proper fix from fairlight. Then, ran my program with cd #2 in. It worked great. Except the sound was bad. REALLY bad. I simply reinstalled direct x 9 and rebooted. Everything went back to normal. Just a note in case anyone else loses their direct x 9 upon applying the patch. It may just be my computer. By-the-way, fairlight. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK! HAPPY HOLIDAYS! |
