True Crime: audio to MP3?

I tried to get the audio files of true crime to mp3 on my pc but how does this work? What di i need? please help

yeah, but how do i convert it now?
the program ps2audio converter can just convert files which are not on the True Crime DVD. On the DVD are just .elf, .pak, .img and .irx files. how does it work now???
