Magic V 50k problem
 

I have install the magic v 50k to my new ps2 50003.
the installation is according to the diagrams.
as soon i finished the installation i switch on the ps2 work for 5-10 minutes and then gone off. switcv back on but black screen
remove the chip and everything ok. put the chip back on same problem

any suggstions?

you may have some bridging somewhere which causes the mod to overheat and shut down check out the thread for more info

Ottoman's problem was a bad backup, In this case something is bridged. V9 has a very cheap MB and can be fussy about the install.

thats what i ment not about is backup problem
