Grand Theft Auto 3
 

i have used vice city online using "all seeing eye" and the MTA
but i cant find one for GTA3 and if their is one can i use it on all seeing eye, also on vice city online the people move like good old cartoons (no animation) is their one out that does:p :p :p :D
